Is that 30+ mile EV range legit?

I've played around with battery mileage extensively and it's quite dependent on your type of driving.
How fast you accelerate, sustained high speeds, little deceleration or braking will all reduce your battery mileage. The only way to recharge the battery while driving is coasting or braking so I've found you get better battery mileage with in town driving. Slower speeds, lots of coasting and braking really help.

As far as charging a battery at 0 miles using a level 1 charge I've found 14-18 hrs on average for a full recharge. At this point I don't have my level 2 charger installed but I understand this will reduce the time to 2-3 hrs.

From what I have read a level 2 charger is the maximum the Tonale will accept and there's no 80% charge involved with that like a supercharger.

I'm now playing with how many mpg I can get per gallon of gas for a full tank trying to use electric power as much as possible. I've been charging every night when I get home and currently the car is telling me I'm up to 57 mpg. I'm just driving in N mode as well. Still have 2/3 of a tank indicated.

I'm already long winded but my driving in D, manual shifting for 2 weeks also resulted in some interesting results.

So many options...
