We appreciate all of you for being such engaged members of the Alfa Romeo community and highly value your input. As you know, we like to monitor these forums to offer additional support & clarification throughout your ownership. Given the feedback we've received on our previous polls and discussions, we would like to learn more about how well your dealership(s) and their respective salespeople and/or service advisors understand and meet your needs, so we can ensure more positive experiences in the future.

Please take a moment to complete our quick survey. It takes less than a minute!

Votes are anonymous, but feel free to provide more feedback and elaborate on any of the aspects mentioned in the poll, as well as share anything else you'd like, in regard to personal experience.

When completed, please follow this link to complete the second part of this poll: FEEDBACK WANTED: Dealership Experience Part 2 | Alfa Romeo Tonale Forum (tonaletalk.com)

Well, for sure the best experience is nothing need to be fixed. But then ship happens, and mechanical parts will need routine services. For me, the best dealership experience is to fix problem once, and I don't need a return trip.

As Tonale has new technology, hopefully by the time they arrive dealerships are prepared to diagnosis any problems; and Alfa Romeo / Stellantis will have spare parts in their supply chain.
